Our support contracts are tailored to your specific needs and include both on and off-site services as required. The reason for this is simple. If we can diagnose and repair systems remotely, it helps keep your costs down. If not, we dispatch immediately. Our service contracts can be written for 4-hour or next day response support, but regardless of contractual response, we give you attention as soon as possible. Period. Time and Material Support
For those occasional or one-time needs, Roundbrix also provides time and material support. A new phone system, emergency router changes, a new network sanity check before purchase, and critical system failures and recovery are just a few examples of time and material support needs that we have provided for our clients.
